Restarting your V6 via the Help & Settings menu may resolve this.
However, check your V6's internet connection is working first - can you view OnDemand programmes without apps? C5 & Sky programmes are a good test.

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your apps on your TV box at the moment, have you tried the advice from japitts to resolve the issues that you're having?
You could also try to clear the cache on your box, you can do this by pressing the following buttons - Home > Thumbs down > Thumbs up > Play > Play > Play
