I contacted yourselves regarding none ofmof hd channels working last week,and one of your employees stated there was some issues regarding hd across all areas. I was told the issue would be fixed at 6pm that night which I said was fine and left it at that. I've now not had any hd channels for a full week and can't use the live chat or get through to anybody to see why it's not fixed
