So after so many phone calls to virgin over many months my problem is unresolved. The hdmi port on my tivo box seems to be faulty, I've tried different cables but the problem remains. I have to keep wiggling the cable to get a good picture and sometimes lose some channels. I need somebody to come and check my box but the furthest ive got is virgin checking my signal and then asking me to reboot, and talk me through various steps. But still no joy, how do I convince virgin it's my box ?
