I’m also having problems on the Hayu channel cannot get any programs to play, constantly buffering and then comes up with error an takes me back to main page.
Have spoken to customer service many times and gone though all the motions only to be told they will be looking into it
Happens on all 3 of my v6 box’s and they have all been reset.
They even upgraded my package and told me that I would be able to call 24/7 if I had a problem, if only

Please can you provide a screenshot of the error messages that appear on your screen?
Do you experience the same problem when accessing Hayu through the app on your V6 boxes as well?
