I'm having issues watching anything on Hayu on my virgin boxes, they play briefly then stop and say they cannot be played, this happens multiple times during every episode.
All other apps are working fine, the error message is ‘episode name’ cannot be played. Turned box & WiFi box off and on again multiple times. This has been happening on and off for the last month or so.
Welcome to the community forum and thank you for your post. We have had a few reports of customers experiencing this issue with both the Hayu app on our V6 box, mobiles and tablets. However the issue seems to lie with Hayu themselves. We would recommend getting in touch with them so they can investigate this further for you. We hope you get this sorted.
