Hayu channel

Why does hayu channel keep freezing and stopping playback every time with a message saying unable to play ? I pay extra for this channel and it is wrong that i am unable to.

Sorry you've been having trouble with Hayu. 

 

What set top box do you have and how is it connected to your broadband? 

Do you experience the same when you try to watch on demand content and Netflix etc?

Hi,

We have the V6 box and it is connected with wires i am not technically minded so don't know what it is called, and i dont subscribe to netflix so not sure about that but youtube is ok it seems to be just hayu, and it may be coincidence but seems to happen when the box has been on for a while on hayu channel starts off ok then starts freezing and eventually stops playing.

Does it make a difference if the box has been rebooted? 

Does it happen on anything specific or just any content you're trying to watch on Hayu?

Hi

If you mean by rebooting if that is turning it off and on again at the wall then yes i have tried that and still the same

Hate to say it but we like watching the housewives series and it happens on these 😬

Thank you for the update, I can understand the frustration with an issue such as this.

 

Were you able to try watch the app on a different device? As on this forum post here we were made aware of issues with the Hayu application itself not only when ran through our service. If you can check this through an alternative device just to be sure and let us know please.
