Hayu app stops working

I have been watching the hayu app for some time now with no problems but recently both of my boxes have problems. The app will load but when I choose different content to watch and get some way into the program it stops playing and states the content cannot be played. Any help muchly appreciated!

Really sorry to hear you're having this issue, I can appreciate you're keen to get this sorted. 

Does it happen on any other apps?

Which box are you using? TiVo or V6 box? 

Have you tried a reboot of the box?

Hi

im using a V6 box. I’ve tried re booting the box, and the router but as I’m watching it just stops. I don’t have any problems with any other apps just hayu particularly when I’m watching multiple episodes. 

I also don’t have this problem on my other devices.

There is currently an issue with Hayu, they are aware of this and the team are working hard to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Is the box in question a V6?

If so are you able to advise whether it is connected to your hub via a wired or a WiFi connection?
