Hayu app does not work on my v6 box

Today my hayu app has suddenly stopped working on my tivo box. I can't even get into it so that I can get the code to watch on my laptop or phone. I have been reading this is a common problem. I've turned the box off then on again. Reset the router but it still will not work. I've been with virgin for around 5 months and the problems ive had are so frustrating.  I know that customer services won't help. They never do and the service is that bad the thought of phoning makes me genuinely want to cry. Does anybody have any clue as to how i get my hayu service back without phoning customer services?

Thanks for your first post and welcome to our forums page.

Very sorry to hear you are having issues with this app. Are you getting any error messages when trying to access this on your TiVo?

Are you able to access any of the other apps on the TiVo?
