Haven't been able to watch OnDemand/CatchUp for almost 2 months

Is anyone else impacted by this? Here in East London we have not been able to watch OnDemand/CatchUp (aside from BBC iPlayer) for almost 2 months. Tech visits, IT tickets opened, when you call in tech support knows nothing. You call billing to ask about credits for such a prolonged outage and they are aware of it (Tech isn't) but won't do any credits until resolved.

Here we are paying for the highest tier of VM service (Max++ with 2 V6 boxes, 500MB internet, phone and SIM) and can't use a key part of the service.

Seems odd.

Re: Haven't been able to watch OnDemand/CatchUp for almost 2 months

Any comment from Virgin on this. Its been over 2 months now with an IT Ticket having been opened by on-site techs who have visited three times. I still cannot watch any OnDemand content. For example just now "The Travel Man" Amsterdam show - Error saying "problem with your ondemand service, call 150"

Can this please get fixed. Paying over 100 pounds a month and haven't been able to watch OnDemand since mid December.
