Have to regularly reboot

We've been having to reboot the v6 box to get Netflix to work more and more recently. V6 has ethernet connection to Linksys router with SH2 in modem mode.
In the last 2 days we've had to reboot twice to get video output to work at all. Audio is connected via optical to soundbar and works fine but no picture.
Is the Virgin media serivces failings or is our v6 dying?

Are live TV channels affected, or is this only Netflix? Can you also try some VOD programmes - not BBC (as that's app-based) but any other channel.

And are you watching on a 4K UHD TV?

Live TV channels are affected, any video output from the box goes down. It's connected to an HD TV that works fine with other sources like PS4 when the v6 goes down.

It happens every single time we try to launch Netflix now 😞
A reboot of the box always fixes it but that takes about 3 minutes.
