Had a 2nd box all works fine but orginal has stopped working

Iv upgraded and had a 2nd tv box installed on monday 19th, the new box is working perfectly but the original box has stopped working it doesnt find any tv channels and is constantly stuck on 'loading 16%' very frustrating as paying for a better bundle (more expensive too) and it doesnt work.

Any advice would be appreciated

are you paying for 2 boxes? or was it a replacement box for what you already had

Its a second box, now paying for 2 boxes in part of the upgraded package.

Hi LeicsLaura87,

It sounds like the box needs activating. Vm have just starting sending out new boxes that are pre-activated and they normally start working around half an hour after the initial connection

It sounds like you either need to need to phone 0800 953 9500 to get your original box re-activated, or the new box activating 

You will need the box serial number of the box that isn't working, and your account and area number
