HITMEN on Sky One - streaming and NO SUBTITLES

Title says it all. Watching episode 1 of Hitmen, via my V6 - streaming, not recorded.  Keep pressing subtitles button and nothing happens.

If subtitles are working on other shows, I would say this is an issue with the broadcaster of the programme and there would be little Virgin could do. (Although I'm not aware of this show or who the broadcaster is sorry).
