HDMI port issue with V6 TV box

Our V6 box has completely given up today. It regularly gets a blue or red screen or the picture will be blue and sometimes just goes completely blank. Issue is with HDMI port. It's only about 4 months old so definitely under warranty, how do we get a replacement sent?

I presume you've changed the HDMI cable as a precaution too.

Virgin TV Faults - 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone.

Choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
