playback of recorded HD channels has just recently started to give pixelated pictures. Watching live is fine but playback is unwatchable.
Having looked at other threads on this, I have rebooted the box, checked all connections and replaced the HDMI Cable which have made no difference. Clearly this is known issue with these boxes.......
I have tried to call the help desk number but either get left on hold continuously or end up in a endless loop cycle of recorded messages saying try this and try that etc......
Please advise how i can get this resolved ?

I can see you've spoke with our faults team since posting and an engineer was arranged.
