HD channels sound out of synch

All the HD channels except bbc2 and ITV have the sound out of synch. Tried turning off and on again, resetting, changing sound settings on TV but nothing works. Makes the channels unwatchable. Can anyone help?

Hi Samjo,

Have you tried checking the sound settings on your V6 ?

Click, Home > Help & Settings > Settings > Audio ...

Try changing the Audion from Dolby Digital, to Dolby Digital to PCM, the click TV, and see if that has made any difference.

You could also try changing the HDMI port you are using, 1 to 2 etc.
