Hi, since installation some of my HD have not worked, crackling and fuzzy:
MTV, BT Sport 2 and 3
All of my Sky Sports channels are also now greyed out and says that I’m not subscribed to them when I am. Need this sorted ASAP.
Have rebooted and checked all connections. Are virgin able to check remotely for an issue?Think I probably need an engineer but can’t see how to book that.
