Green screen

Hi, Ive got on my screen about the dvr detecting a serious problem. This problem occurred Sunday 3rd Jan. After 3 hours, the box was working fine again. However, yesterday, this screen appeared again and has been stuck in a constant loop. Any advice on what to do, please??

Appreciate you won't want to hear this, but this green screen means your hard drive has failed and your box needs replacing.

Call Virgin to report it. 150 from a VM phone, or 0345 4541111 from any other phone, and choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
