Hi - my DVR box appears to have given up the ghost. I get a green screen telling me it needs three hours to fix, but 36 hours on, it hasn't resurrected.
I am unable to contact anyone at VM to discuss, so wondered if anybody knew a potential solution.

Depending on the outcome you may need to contact faults.
You could try the text messaging service.
Just send a text with a description of faults to 07533 051809. Your message will go into a queue and a representative will respond to you as soon as possible. It may take a few days.
You can also call 150 from your Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111, but best to call at 8am to avoid call queues
Hi - there are no faults showing. I am fairly sure the hard drive has broken, but have no idea how to get a new one.
