Hi VM mods,
keep getting the green screen message after the box consistently restarts. Would it be possible to receive a replacement box through this forum?

The "DVR has detected an error" green screen means your hard drive has failed and your box needs replacing.
The primary method of reporting TV faults is to call VM on 150 (from a Virgin phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) and to choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service"
