Green screen v6 box

For over 10 hours my v6 box has been repeatedly rebooting and displaying a green screen saying a critical problem with DVR...

I am unable to contact any1 to try to resolve this which is not acceptable with children out of school and a lockdown in place

V6 needs replacing.  PM me your account and area number  and v6 number starting AAA.
