Green screen dvr

I have had an error notice about DVR not working for the past 7 days, I have asked for a technician to come out but it looks like I will need a new TV box. I don't want to waste someone's time for them to turn up and not be able to fix the problem. Does anyone know how to request a new box due to the fault

All V6 swaps are via an engineer visit at the moment, so if you've got one arranged already, that's the way to get the box replaced if they confirm it needs to be.
