Hi Can someone from the VM Team help with this issue? I encountered the same problem sometime back and with the help of the VM managed to fix the issue, But last night the problem returned. I went through the same steps that fixed the issue rebooting the Router and STB but alas I still have the issue this today, Green Screen problem
