Green screen dvr problem

Hi Can someone from the VM Team help with this issue? I encountered the same problem sometime back and with the help of the VM managed to fix the issue, But last night the problem returned. I went through the same steps that fixed the issue rebooting the Router and STB but alas I still have the issue this today, Green Screen problem

I have texted the 07533051809 last night and I am still waiting for the VM team to get back to me.

Hi, after many text messages today and rebooting of devices the VM team have decided to supply and New STB as the issue could not be resolved 👍

Hi, I have the green screen problem. I couldn’t get through to the virgin customer service. I need a new virgin box.
