Green screen DVR problem

Anybody know what it means when it comes up with the green screen and DVR problem...

Tried ringing customer service but due to Covid call centres are shut...

It means your hard drive has failed and you need a new box.

If you call VM when they're open during the day, they can arrange a replacement box.

Really sorry you're having some issues with your TV box, this isn't good.
