If this is the green screen that says something along the lines of "there is a problem with your hard drive", then your box is terminally ill and in need of replacement.
Calling to report this, will almost certainly be the quickest way - why can't you call? (not meant rudely, just curious)
Forum staff work through these posts, but it can take a few days - during which time, you could easily have the box replaced if you call in.

I have looked into your account but haven't yet been able to connect to both of your TV boxes. Please could you confirm if they are both plugged in and connected?
No, I switched off the green screen box as it just kept on restarting.
I've now plugged this back in.
