Can someone from VMT contact me please.I need a new V6 box.Mine has stopped working and none of the online fixes working and unable to contact virgin by phone.

Unfortunately, you're correct to assume that the green "DVR has detected an error" message is terminal and means your box needs replacing.
Also unfortunately.. you probably won't want to hear this, but this is primarily a user-community forum and isn't a first-line faults reporting facility.
I can only suggest you persist with calling in.
