I have had the attached green screen issue for over 24hrs now. The box keeps trying to reset but same issue persists. I have checked for signal faults in area but cant see any.
I have attempted to get through on phone but cant get through despite waiting over 1hr so thought id try here.
It does appear unfortunately the hard drive has gone and a new box is needed.
