I have the Green Screen lie a few others here but when I call Customer Support I have to jump through hoops to try to get a replacement. I am awaiting a call back from a "Duty Manager" who said they would call me back in an hour, two and a half hours ago. To be honest this service sucks.
I understand that it is a hard drive fault and the recordings I make also pause/slow down to a halt and then restart at a point of it own choosing. Why can't the Customer Support just get a new box out to me instead of trying to do tests which really only show if the box is alive.
This is driving me crazy and as I have said for £85.50 a month the service sucks.
