Green Screen of Death stuck in a constant reboot
are there any other ways of getting in touch with vm
i guess its a hdd failure,

As you've guessed,the "DVR has detected an error" is a terminal failure, and this needs a replacement box.

The primary method of reporting faults is the same as it's always been - calling 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone).

In common with many companies at the moment, there are call queues at certain times and a healthy dose of patience is the best medicine.

i have managed to get through after an hour on the phone, and are sending a new box out
