Green Screen issue

TIVo box had the green screen that I now know tells me I need a new box. After 15 mins of trying to find text support to thought it wise to post on here. After numerous times of ringing "customer service" in the past I don't have the mental strength to sit on the phone for 2 hours. Please can someone help and get a new box to me? Thanks

I sympathise with your C/S issues, but unfortunately persisting with the telephone route to report your box fault really is the best way at the moment.

Is it really the best, or the only. Because 'best' is not is word I would use for virgin customer service!!
