Hi, can someone from VM help team reply back to this please?
For weeks now we are getting a green screen saying the DVR has detected a serious problem.
We have tried all the usual rebooting, disconnecting etc but nothing stops this from happening.
Can we get this resolved ASAP?

You won't want to hear this, but the green "DVR has detected an error" message means your hard drive has failed - your box needs replacing. I'm amazed you've put up with this for so long!!
I'd suggest you call VM to report this and arrange the replacement.
