Green DVR but I’m not missing it

I had the green screen of death this morning and was disappointed that I’m not able to get an engineer visit for 3 days.
On the plus side I’ve booted up my little used fire stick and guess what? … everything that I watch including live streamed main channels is there for free, also my subscribed channels are all available.

I think that I may have just found a way to save £80 per month. that’s going to help with the gas bills!

Its a residential service with no fixed SLA for callout times. Only registered vulnerable customers have access to priority callouts, & even then only for essential Broadband & Phone service faults.

VM BB TV Landline. Vonage 2nd line. Freeview/Freesat HD, ASDA/Tesco PAYG Mobile. Customer since 1993

So you agree that it’s poor?

Does your Firestick have 6 recording tuners?

Next day repair responses would have cost implications. Are you prepared to pay extra for a service with SLA's?

It's normal for a residential class service. Business class services do have an SLA but it comes at a premium.
