Good sound, no video, pixelated menu.

Hi, We had Virgin installed a month and half ago with a new box included. It sits in Eco mode so takes a little longer to turn on than at our previous house. When we power on the box from standby, it starts as it should however the image on screen appears pixelated. We have no video input but hear sound. If we press a button to go into the menu is loads up no problem however the sharpness is gone with the text and usually sharp lines of the graphics appearing pixelated. Do I have a faulty box or need to fault find elsewhere?

Have you checked the HDMI cable isn't broken? Could you check it with a different HDMI cable so that we can rule that out?
