TV guide on most channels saying to be announced. Tried following online steps, still no joy. All cables are connected.
Usually if the set top box is working apart from the guide then you just need to reconnect to the network.
Help > Settings > Network >Connect to the Virgin Media Service now
Have you looked at Check service status at the top of the page? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there.
If nothing is showing when you check the service status then you could also try the Service Status number 0800 561 0061. This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.
