Have just spoken with virgin media regarding the issue AGAIN 

and the only advice I was given was to either purchase it on Sunday? 
or via the virgin media store! 
what utter nonsense

Home > Help and setting's > Network .connect to Virgin services Now.

Really frustrating i pay virgin over £100 a month and was really looking forward to watching the fight but getting this wwe and error message.

Wont let me purchase Wilder v Fury done all of the above and still got these issues this is disgraceful and very poor from Virgin.

Just got off the phone to the retentions manager Reece, he informed me that there is an ongoing error and that it will be fixed tomorrow way before the fight LOL!! 

If this does not happen I will be getting compensation and leaving virgin media ASAP!!!!!

I reconnected to Virgin Services without difficulty

Problem remains though. Have tried send you pictures but keep getting error message - exceeded

maximum file size.

I knew the 2 hours plus I spent on phone to customer services / technical department would end up being a waste of time . Thanks for the update . Shocking service from Virgin Media (as usual) - why not put the information about the problem on the Virgin Media website so customers know whats going on - surely that would be a good idea .

It was only after a half an hour conversation that he then decided to tell me that it is an ongoing issue that will be resolved within 24 hours.... 

do I believe that? Not for one second!!
