Our TV keeps freezing and needing a reboot, several times a day. It also has lost all our saved programmes and recordings. The box flashes different colours and turns itself off. It’s impossible to get through to customer services. Please help!
VM staff will respond on here, but it's not a real-time support service. Particularly on a bank holiday weekend, there's no guarantee how long a staff response will take - it could easily be a couple of days, or could be less.
If you're off-service because of what sound like a failed box, I'd tolerate those call queues myself (which, incidentally, aren't nearly as bad as they have been) - but the choice is yours.
