Freezing after pausing live tv

Hi. My tv is freezing after I have paused it. It plays for a few minutes, then freezes.

Any ideas please. I’ve tried restarting the box.

You've not mentioned any issue with live TV so I'll presume that's OK.

Pausing and delaying live TV is effectively a recording and uses your hard drive - if that's giving problems then it suggests a hard drive issue. Those can't be repaired and will eventually mean the V6 needs replacing.

Thanks 😊 I will wait to hear from someone

Hi singleg,

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having issues with playing after pausing live TV.

Checking things this end, all is looking fine in terms of power and signal levels. The hard drive status is all good too. Can you please try rebooting your box at the mains and leaving off for a few minutes to refresh things?

Do you have any other issues such as with On Demand content or Recordings itself?

Can you let us know how you've connected your V6 box to hub too? Do you have any other issues with your connection?

Keep us posted so we can help further.

Thanks,
