do not know if true seen in list.or whether site issue with tivo box.????????

We're aware of an issue when using the 'Clear and Reset' functionality on the V6 box. Using either of the following options will cause your box to enter into a starting up/clearing data loop.

  1. Clear Programme Info & Planned Recs
  2. Clear & Delete Everything

This loop will be continuous and rebooting the box will not resolve the issue.

This is still a known issue - there is a potential workaround if you happen to do the reset, but it's not guaranteed.

What's the issue you (presumably) have that causes you to query?
