We're aware of an issue when using the 'Clear and Reset' functionality on the V6 box. Using either of the following options will cause your box to enter into a starting up/clearing data loop.
This loop will be continuous and rebooting the box will not resolve the issue.

This is still a known issue - there is a potential workaround if you happen to do the reset, but it's not guaranteed.
What's the issue you (presumably) have that causes you to query?
