I made a complaint about a TiVo box order and received a letter saying that virgin had tried to ring me, which was not the case. The letter asked me to contact the IVR team on a mobile number. This number does not accept voice calls so I texted and received an acknowledgment but no help. The letter also asked me to contact 03454541111 if the resolution is good with me, which it clearly isn’t. Can anyone suggest my next course of action?
