Flashing pink light on hub box and have no tv channels

This is the second time now after a new hub box the light keeps flashing pink cannot connect to the tv reset multiple times cannot run any tests as it just fails each time i am paying for weeks i dont even watch the tv because this happens so often !!! Also when i record tv programs I cannot even watch them back as it just freezes each time it does on normal tv also after an hour of the tv box being on i am so frustrated and wasting my money is there any solutions please im paying for fibre and all the extras and cannot even watch the tv no response from contact centre please has this happened to anyone else ? Xx

Can you describe your set up.
What VM Hub model do you have (printed on its base sticker/card)?
What VM TV box do you have - V6 or Tivo (or an older model)?
If a V6, how is that connected to the Hub - wifi or ethernet cable?
