Our V6 box stopped working yesterday evening, the unit was very hot so I turned it off to let it cool down. I checked the connections and then restarted it but the unit still wouldn't boot up and after 30 seconds the lights would start to flash.
I swapped the unit out with any V6 box from the bedroom to check that the cabling was OK and the bedroom unit started up with no problems.
I have tried to report a fault but due to the Covid-19 situation I'm unable to get through. Is there anything else i can check and if not would Virgin be able to post a new unit out?
