Fire risk

I would appreciate a quick response. I have had my package with virgin for just over a week. Whilst watching tv tonight my v6 box made a crackling noise and lost all power. I unplugged eveything and as I was reconnecting I noticed clear fluid leaking out of the ac adapter.

I have obviously unplugged eveything and I am now concerned that the other items received from you are also a risk.

I'm just glad I was home (and awake) when this happened.

Re: Fire risk

Hi Cozvic,

Thanks for your post and welcome to the community.

I'm really sorry that you've noticed some liquid leaking out of the box, and I can absolutely appreciate the concern here.

It looks like you've had someone out to this since posting, so I'm hoping this is now resolved?

If not, please pop a post back and I'll help.

Thanks

Melissa
