Faulty recording

My rerun of recordings is juddering, with sound distortion, just started yesterday, noticed several recordings the same.

Ive phoned virgin,but couldn’t get any help.

I'm really sorry you're having an issue with your recordings, this isn't good. 

I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than usual. 

I've tried to have a look at things from here but I've been unable to locate your account sadly.

If you are still having problems, it's also worth checking...

Is live TV viewing affected? If not, are any new recordings ok or are they affected too?
