Our box developed a fault this morning, i've tried everything possible (cables, different sockets etc.) as far as i can tell the power component is broken.
I cant see any way to get a help ticket or phone them to get help. If i go through the help page and call it just leads to the automated testing - successful then asking if i want a link to get further help which is just to the page with the same phone number i just called or a link to this forum! Its like an endless loop. Do they actually have a call centre or web help open?
