Faulty V6

Have just tried to switch my tv on and I have a dead tivo. It is showing a red light and making a beeping noise ... I think its a dead hard drive.

Apart from waiting forever in a phone queue how do I report the fault?

Re: Faulty V6

It took me 55 minutes to get through, 5 minutes on the phone and an appointment for an engineer to attend booked for 5 days time ...

Surely there must be a better way to report faults in this day and age?

Re: Faulty V6

Virgin Media have always relied primarily on phone reporting as their primary faults contact method.

And like many things in the current circumstances, things just take a bit longer sometimes.
