Faulty V6 box

Morning. One of my boxes has died and needs replacing I think. For a week or so it has been giving off a high pitched buzzing noise and now is stuck in a cycle of showing the start up screen following by an on screen message stating the DVR has detected a major problem. As usual it is impossible to speak to anyone via the phone so would it be possible for someone to pick up on this please?

Currently lines are quiet as it's a bank holiday, they pick up roughly about half 9. You're best calling in just now and getting it dealt with as you'll be waiting longer here than on the phone.

Options 1, 2, 2. This will get you through to faults.

Just called back at got through straight away, that was lucky. Replacement box being sent out so hopefully that will arrive
