Faulty V6 box replaced with standard Tivo box nightmare.

I rang virgin on Sunday to report that my V6 box no longer worked, it wasn't sending signal to tv.

Got welcome screen with pixelated background then it would switch off.
Was told a new v6 box would be posted out monday delivery tuesday or wedneasday.
No box arrived gave them benefit of doubt waited until thursday.

Rang up yesterday (thursday) was told new V6 box will be sent out i will receive friday.
Waited in all day for yodel, received an original tivo box instead of V6.

Plugged in waited 20 minutes for tivo box to update itself.

No remote control in box. V6 remote doesn't work with it.

Rang back and was old we didn't realise you wanted another V6 box.

Complete nightmare. No tv until tuesday now
Now have to wait for yodel to come on tuesday with another box.
