Faulty V6 Box - Cut off again by Customer Services
For the second time I have waited 40 minutes plus to try and speak to someone and ended up being cut off again before I can speak to anyone.
Can someone in Customer Services please pick this up as my V6 Box is stuck at "Starting Up" and resets and power off/on are not fixing it. The lights are flashing as well so I believe it is a hard drive failure?
Can't believe that I can't chat to speak to someone to get this sorted. Please help.

Thanks for using the forums to get this issue with your set top box looked into, I am sorry you've been having issues getting through to someone who can help with this. I am aware that you posted this on Monday so you may have got something in place since then, so please let me know what the situation is!
