Fault code 7400 on 2nd box after having 1st replaced

We had one box replaced due to fault and this working fine but our second box that was working perfectly now comes up with code 7400. I now Virgin messed around with my contract details...

However, the main issue is trying to get in touch using the message system or phone neither been successful since yesterday evening. This is very poor Virgin really looking at going back to Sky!!

Hi the box needs reactivating the activation no is 0800 9539500 have your account no area code and serial number of the box that needs activating to hand. Regards Micky
