Hi, is anyone else experiencing problems accessing the TV service? It started yesterday when the TV channels went off and the app services weren't available. Virgin admitted there was a problem and it came back on after they ran some tests over the period of an hour. It just happened again today, despite the fact I've rebooted it three times, there's just the sign saying "Starting Up". The landline is also dead (supplied by Virgin) so I can't even call them.
