Welcome to our community and thanks for posting. How annoying is this when you want to watch something from our on demand services.
As you are directly connected through the hub can you make sure that all your cables are tight and secure at the back of the box and router? If you have already tried this have you tried plugging in the Ethernet cable on a different port on your router and tried to connect to the on demand services again?
